Bayern Munich starlet Jamal Musiala has revealed that Lionel Messi has always been his inspiration. Musiala recalled how he used to wear Messi’s shirt name and number when he was a child. The German added that he was attracted to Neymar Jr. as well, but Messi always stood out to him when he was developing as a footballer during his childhood days.
Jamal Musiala has grown to become one of the best players in the world at his age. The 21-year-old has been likened to Messi due to his ability to beat defenders and dribble past them with ease. He has an exceptional ability to control the ball under pressure, his technical skills and creative skills, and his speed with or without the ball at his feet.
The 21-year-old has always been a big fan of the Argentine and also came up against him during a Round of 16 clash in the UEFA Champions League against PSG when Messi was part of the team.
