The Janel Grant lawsuit significantly changed the professional wrestling landscape. It has kicked Vince McMahon out of WWE for good and put the company under a lot of scrutiny. Even Brock Lesnar seems to have been temporarily blacklisted by the promotion, canceling his appearances at Royal Rumble, Elimination Chamber, and WrestleMania XL. Some recent filing by the plaintiff has led to a new turn in this lawsuit.

The lawsuit is currently on pause after a request by the American Department of Justice. However, Grant’s team continues to be proactive in building their case. The legal team is currently petitioning medical records against Dr. Carlon Colker. The American Physician is said to have treated several WWE talent and stuff, including the plaintiff herself.

Janel Grant claimed that beginning in November 2019, McMahon asked her to visit Dr. Colker’s clinic. During her treatment, she received IV Infusions and pills. However, the substance contained in these pills was not disclosed to her despite her asking multiple times.

Grant’s attorneys publicly stated that she was supplied with adrenal supplement trays. Furthermore, she was instructed to take certain unmarked pills daily by Dr. Colker. He did not explain the substance, dosages, or purpose of these pills. He simply told her that they were supposed to address her symptoms of fatigue. These substances caused her to experience nausea. When further pushed about the ingredients, the physician simply told her that they had a much bigger problem if she did not trust him.

Janel Grant alleges that Dr. Carlon Colker knew about her NDA with Vince McMahon

Grant’s initial complaint that led to McMahon being fired stated that he recruited a physical therapist from a clinic to participate in threesomes involving himself and Grant. She also alleged that the former WWE Chairman asked her to see a “celebrity doctor.” Although not yet confirmed, there is a chance that this doctor refers to Dr. Colker, who has worked with several celebrities like Justin Bieber and Shaquille O’Neal.

The document filed on 16th July also alleges that Dr. Colker knew about the NDA signed between the former WWE employee and Vince McMahon. Her team also alleged that the physician recommended Grant to work with his attorney during her negotiations of the NDA in 2022.

According to a report by Wrestlenomics, a spokesperson on behalf of McMahon addressed this petition filing. They claimed that this filing was a direct violation of the court-ordered stay done for publicity. The 78-year-old simply asked Grant to see Dr. Colker after she was fatigued. Allegedly, her current statements are inconsistent. She only had good things to say about the physician to the former WWE Chairman and others.
