It’s common for celebrities to share their concert tickets with friends and family, but when pop superstar Taylor Swift made the offer to her boyfriend’s brother, Jason Kelce, he declined to accept it.
Since the 14-time Grammy winner started dating the Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce, his family has welcomed her with open hearts. From accompanying her in the VIP booth at Chiefs games to attending her famous Eras Tour concerts, the Kelce family never fails to show up for Swift. But the Philadelphia Eagles legend knows where to draw the line in his relationship with his brother’s girlfriend.
In a recent appearance with The Rich Eisen Show, the new ESPN analyst reflected on the spotlight he and his family have been in for the past two years. A major reason behind that is the pop superstar, Jason revealed. He prefers not to impose on her by accepting favors or free tickets to avoid any awkwardness in their relationship.
As much as Taylor has said she will take care of anybody that I ask for. She does say that she’s great. But I still say no to everybody. I’m not going to be the one to impose on that. I am not going to put that position out there. She has been nothing but lovely to our family. She is a wonderful person. I don’t want that to be a dynamic. Where is the line? I’m not even broaching the line, I’m staying away from the line!

While the future Hall of Famer avoided accepting tickets from Swift, he has attended several of her Eras Tour concerts this year, since he retired from the NFL after a 13-year legendary career.
