If Lady Whistledown could, she would have no qualms about the season’s wedding. The diamond of the season is known, and her Romeo had proposed in a dreamy, romantic setting just a few months ago. Yes, the wedding bells of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are ringing all over the internet since the engagement news broke out. And everyone wants to know more about the upcoming nuptials.
The details of the wedding is very hush-hush, even the soon-to-be groom’s brother seems to be in the dark about when it is. In a recent pre-recorded interview with the Kansas City Chiefs head coach, Andy Reid, and key players Patrick Mahomes and Kelce, host Jason Kelce wasted no time in putting his brother on a pedestal.
Jason started off the interview by firing a dime at his brother, asking what he considered a question everyone wants an answer for: “When is the wedding?” But to the chagrin of Jason and every Swiftie, Travis decided to be colorfully diplomatic with the answer.
Shut the f*** up. Get this guy out. I was wondering what he was going to ask.

The brothers’ exchange got Mahomes a kick out of it. He quickly chimed in, stating that he was also not expecting such a question.
The couple is taking their sweet time figuring out being a happily engaged pair while also jotting down how their marriage would be. It is not expected to take place anytime soon, as the singer is currently busy with her twelfth album, The Life of a Showgirl, which came out just a few days ago.
A source told PEOPLE that Swift hasn’t gotten any time or a break to sit down and plan her wedding. Planning a wedding isn’t an easy job, and Swift doesn’t have a teeny-tiny clue what she wants, considering she never thought of it before.
In a sitdown on the BBC’s Heart podcast five days ago, Swift admitted that she never thought of her own marriage, despite writing and singing numerous love songs, until she met Travis Kelce.
Taylor Swift has no plans to stop her music career
In most cultures, women are considered nurturers, and working after marriage is quite shunned. However, with changing times and political ideologies, women have broken out of their shells. But the stereotypes are still fresh, being cultivated over and over again.

In the BBC Radio 2 podcast, Taylor Swift was asked a question about her career, professional, and private life. The host, Scott Mills, wanted to confirm whether the rumors about the recent album being Swift’s last. Swift’s immediate reaction prompted the host to explain further, noting that the people had a speculation that the singer may be quitting their job after being married.
Swift took offense immediately.
A shockingly offensive thing to say. That’s not why people get married — so they can quit their job. It’s also, like, music for me.

The Blank Space singer had a few more details for the fans on the podcast. She admitted that her team had prior knowledge of the album and that they have listened to the songs a year before than anyone else. Additionally, she also praised her team for their confidentiality while highlighting the trust she had in them.
