Jaylen Brown did not have a great season last campaign after winning the NBA championship and the Finals MVP with the Boston Celtics back in 2024.

Last season, they struggled with a lack of consistency, which cost them a chance to defend their title. This year, he is tasked to lead the team after losing teammate Jayson Tatum to an Achilles injury.

Recently, the 29-year-old went viral when he tried to call Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James as he was getting his hair trimmed at a barbershop live stream.

The 4-time champion did not answer, but Brown left a voicemail asking the oldest player in the league for advice on how to get his hair fixed. Apparently, he was balding, and believed James was the best person to answer.

It is unknown if he received a call back with instructions. But since the NBA season is in full swing, Jaylen Brown will not be able to travel to Turkey to get the work done. Maybe that is why he is resorting to hairspray.

His efforts to artificially maintain his hairline have literally left an imprint on others. When the Boston Celtics welcomed the Washington Wizards, they knew they had to stop their 2-game skid.

Brown literally went head-on to give his team a win. In the 3rd quarter, despite his team leading the Wizards by 10 points, the guard bumped Wizards forward Kyshawn George to create space.

Replays showed that George was busy looking at his left shoulder, which had an imprint of the Celtics’ star’s hairspray. The 21-year-old looked bemused as to how Brown’s fake hairline became a part of his attire.

Fans poke fun at Jaylen Brown for leaving imprint on opponents

This is not the first time this incident has happened, as Jaylen Brown’s hairline spray has found itself on two other opponents. Fans could not gather how the Celtics star was making a mockery of himself.

They know he lost his relationship with former WNBA star Kysre Gondrezick. Then also lost a chance to defend the NBA title. Now, with his hairline receding at an epic rate, fans believe this hairspray is his way of making sure something sticks.

The way it has been imprinted on three NBA players so far shows Brown cares about his hair and his head. Fans brought out their jokes on social media, examples of which are below.

Jaylen Brown may not be the only athlete to struggle with balding. But the way his methods to cover up are, in turn, embarrassing him, fans believe that once the season is over, he will take the first flight out to Turkey to get it fixed.

Jaylen Brown jokingly blames AI after getting trolled on social media

Since there are a few clips of Jaylen Brown‘s hairline spray imprinting on opponent jerseys, there is no way the trolls cannot reach the California Golden Bears alum.

AI is getting outta hand.

Jaylen Brown commented on X

This was the Georgia native’s way of trolling himself, as he bizarrely brought AI into the mix. He knows how viral those clips have gone, and hence, possibly knew he had nowhere to hide.

This time, he graciously pointed the blame on himself, knowing the best way to try to stop the jokes is to willingly be a part of the joke. With white jerseys a standard in every game, his hairspray imprint run might not be ending anytime soon.
