Football prodigy Travis Hunter has turned MLB heads after he dropped a bold claim regarding two-way superstar Shohei Ohtani. New York Yankees star Jazz Chisholm Jr. has shared a 6-word reaction regarding this bold claim of Hunter.
Just like Ohtani, Hunter plays in two positions – cornerback and wide receiver. The No.1 pick of the 2025 draft is the only college player to be named as the best defensive performer and the most outstanding receiver.
In a recent interview, Hunter was asked about what he thought was difficult – him playing in two positions or Ohtani acting as a pitcher and hitter in the major league. The 21-year-old would back himself and claimed that football is harder as he “gotta do a lot in football.”
This take from him has led to many criticizing him on social media. Yankees star Jazz Chisholm Jr. would come into the defense of his league mate and send a message to Hunter while reacting to a clip of this interview on X.

After an incredible 2024 season as the designated hitter, Ohtani is ready to take up the two-way role again. An elbow injury which later required a surgery in 2023 kept the Japanese international off the mound last year.
During the Spring Training, he was seen throwing some fastballs. As per his manager Dave Roberts, Ohtani could return to the MLB mound in May.
Dave Roberts hits back at Shohei Ohtani in car prank war during Spring Training
During the ongoing Spring Training, a car prank war has sparked up between Shohei Ohtani and his manager, Dave Roberts. After Ohtani recently got the better of Roberts again, the veteran manager has hit back at him.

A few days ago, Ohtani gifted Roberts car keys. A year ago, Ohtani had pranked Roberts by gifting him a toy car after he surpassed his record for the most home runs hit for the Dodgers by a Japanese player.
Roberts thought that this time, Ohtani might actually gift him a car. While making his way through the parking lot, the 52-year-old came across another toy car and took a selfie with it. He would then try to find the car whose keys Ohtani gave to him. He would later realize that he had been pranked again by him as the car he gifted him was another toy car.
The manager of the Dodgers has now tied this prank battle. Ohtani would find his car filled with plastic balls and a laughing picture of Roberts. Check out a video regarding this below:

Speaking of the Spring Training, Ohtani homered in his first at-bat of the 2025 year. He would open the scoring for the Dodgers against his former side, Los Angeles Angels, with an opposite-field home run.
His team went on to win that game 6-5. The Dodgers have since then picked up 3 successive wins and have shaken off the poor start in the Spring Training.
