JD McDonagh won his first major title since arriving on the main roster when he and Finn Balor defeated The Awesome Truth. However, the Women’s World Champion, Liv Morgan, played an important part in their victory, as she arranged the match by tricking R-Truth. Not only that, but she also helped them win by distracting the veteran. Despite all that, it seems the Irish wrestler is still not on board with her being in the group.

The USA Network X account suggested that Liv Morgan should join The Judgment Day after helping them win the tag titles. JD McDonagh immediately jumped in and said that it wasn’t a good idea. He made it clear to the WWE Universe that they weren’t currently recruiting anyone into their group.

Although fans thought Morgan only did this to make Dominik Mysterio happy, the reality might be different. There have been several instances where she was seen with The Prince. A few weeks ago, both superstars came out of the car together before the show. Not only that, eagle-eyed fans noticed Balor secretly putting her room key card in his jacket. Moreover, when Damian Priest entered their locker room on last week’s episode of Raw, he caught his teammate with her.

Actually, I think it seems like such a bad idea. JUDGMENT DAY IS NOT RECRUITING.

This was the 34-year-old star’s first title victory since arriving on the main roster. He had to prove a lot to enter the group. Despite Balor and other members being ready to give him a chance, Priest took a little time to accept him. However, he was finally gifted a Judgment Day shirt by The Archer of Infamy and was officially added to the group.

JD McDonagh made a special request to SmackDown commentator Wade Barrett

Recently, WWE announced a major partnership with a top Premier League club, Manchester City FC. They launched an exclusive merchandise collaboration. It’s available on the WWE Shop and also at the Manchester City store. In response to the partnership, Wade Barrett challenged them to a football match on social media.

Barrett took to X and extended a challenge to Manchester City FC for a football match between them and the WWE XI. He even decided on the formation and his position, stating that he would like to play as a center-back in a 5-1-3-1 formation. The former Intercontinental Champion likened Michael Cole to Ted Lasso, referencing the football-related comedy drama series “Ted Lasso.”

McDonagh expressed his interest in joining the team and asked to be included. He shared a video clip in which he athletically kicked a beach ball, astonishing the audience. Surprisingly, the Irish star even got a hilarious response from Barrett. Although he was invited to join the team, Barrett warned him by saying that McDonagh would be kicked out if he tried to kick the ball that way again.
