A former journalist, Sanchez maintains strong ties to gridiron football, a connection that continues to influence her today.
Clad in a controversial Alexander McQueen ensemble featuring a white tailored blazer and pants that revealed a lace bra, Lauren Sanchez stood near tech moguls during the program. This daring outfit choice drew criticism from media professionals like Megyn Kelly. Adding fuel to the fire, a clip seemingly captured Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg glancing towards Sanchez’s chest, making her the day’s most talked-about newsmaker.
The fans were stunned to find out that the same Lauren Sanchez has strong ties with one particular NFL icon. Lauren Sanchez and former NFL star Tony Gonzalez dated for a long time and share a kid. Gonzalez is regarded as one of the best tight ends in the history of the league with most receiving yards and receptions for a TE.
The duo started dating sometime in the beginning of this millennium while Gonzalez was playing for the Kansas City Chiefs. Tony Gonzalez and Lauren Sanchez are good co-parents and share a good bond and their current spouses.
In 2021, Sanchez and Bezos were spotted having lunch with Tony and his wife October Gonzalez, and Nikko, Sanchez’ and Tony’s son. They were also in attendance for his college graduation as well in 2023. In a Wall Street Journal interview, the helicopter pilot and Emmy-award-winning TV host Sanchez called Tony her best friend, further solidifying their unique bond.
Lauren Sanchez also dated former Broncos player Anthony Miller
Lauren Sanchez’s romantic history includes a high-profile relationship with NFL star Anthony Miller. They met at the 1996 Super Bowl in Arizona and quickly fell in love, eventually becoming engaged. Their relationship, however, ended in 2000 amidst accusations of infidelity from both sides.
In an interview with The Daily Mail in 2019, Anthony Miller lashed out against Sanchez, revealing more insights into their relationship.
I couldn’t really trust her. She gets around. She was cheating on me with other guys. I found out when I looked in her diary, and I found out more after I broke up with her… She wanted me to pay for everything. She was making good money back then, reporting for Extra and on Fox Sports News, but she didn’t like paying. I kind of gave her [the ring] because she bugged me about getting married…She kept [ring] it. I didn’t say anything.

The truth of these statements is yet to be confirmed. Sources close to Sanchez have claimed that Miller was the one who cheated on her with a stripper. The source also maintained that Sanchez is a hard-working woman who does not need to ask a man to pay for her things. They furthermore claimed that Miller had approached Sanchez after their split for money.
In addition to Tony Gonzalez and Anthony Miller, Lauren Sanchez was associated with Henry Simmons and Patrick Whitesell. Sanchez was, in fact officially with Whitesell when the dating rumors with Bezos broke out. Whitesell and Sanchez had a star-studded wedding attended by several A-listers. The duo also share two kids, whom they have joint custody with neither vying or taking any case to court.
Jeff Bezos and Sanchez went public with their romance in 2019. Bezos, who has an active interest in the NFL, received hatred last year when he and Sanchez made an appearance at the Miami Grand Prix.
