The past few days have seen a major change in the life of WNBA superstar Caitlin Clark. Police arrested and detained a person for stalking the Indiana Fever superstar. However, the situation has not been blown up by the media nor has it been talked about amongst her peers.

For instance, the WNBPA stepped in to condemn a reporter who asked DiJonai Carrington about intentionally harming Clark. Other players also suggested that they were facing increasing levels of hate from fans.

Some of them pointed towards Indiana Fever fans as the one’s leading the threats. It led to journalist Jemele Hill to speak up on what ‘Black’ women in the WNBA are facing. But now it was the turn of Clark, a white straight woman, who was stalked by a stranger for a long time.

In light of that, journalist Jason Whitlock was discussing a developing situation concerning Caitlin Clark‘s stalking incident. On his podcast, Fearless with Jason Whitlock, he revealed how Hill has conveniently tried to change her stance on the WNBA Rookie of the Year.

Jemele Hill got busted. She got exposed once again. In September, Jemele sent in a lengthy tweet, saying Caitlin Clark does not get the same hate as black women in the WNBA. She’s tried to delete that tweet.

The analyst then went on to say that WNBA players slammed media for aggressively pursuing Chennedy Carter after she bumped Caitlin Clark. But now, neither Jemele Hill nor the players or the WNBPA have spoken about it. Hill trying to delete the tweet surprised Jason Whitlock.

Jemele Hill had attacked Caitlin Clark fame on being ‘white and straight’

Prior to deleting the said ‘oppression politics’ tweet, Jemele Hill has been praising Caitlin Clark. But her name started to get associated with the Indiana Fever star after she claimed that Clark was benefitting as she was ‘white and straight’.

She alleged that black women athletes do not get the same coverage due to racism from media as well as endorsement partners. At the time, others joined in the conversation such as The View, who claimed Clark fit the bill of what sponsors and media wanted. That narrative did bring negative reactions from some analysts and NBA greats.

However, Jemele Hill’s discourse started to change when Caitlin Clark started leading her team to wins. She kept breaking new records as the Fever romped into the playoffs. During that period Hill seemingly walked back on her discourse and started praising the Fever superstar.
