Travis Scott has built a strong relationship with WWE over the past few months. His song, “Fein,” is the official promotional song of WrestleMania 41, “4×4” is the official theme song of Raw, and he even made an in-person appearance on the debut episode of Raw on Netflix alongside Jey Uso.

During a recent interview with Billboard, Uso said that when he found out he would be making his entrance with Scott, he knew the crowd was going to pop hard for them. However, he did not expect the American rapper to light a joint right as they were about to enter through the crowd. Regardless, the former Intercontinental Champion said that the 33-year-old could do whatever he wants to.

Travis Scott also revealed a conversation he had with Triple H, during which they talked about how much energy that arena had. Even during his concerts, he always tried to create as much energy as he could, which allowed people to feel happy and free. Such environments, like music, wrestling, and sports, all had characters who helped create such an atmosphere.

I just didn’t expect that the brother was about to light one up before we walked out. He can do what he wants to do.

This wasn’t the first time that Jey Uso was seen rubbing shoulders with a hip-hop star. During his entrance at WrestleMania 40, he walked down the ramp of the Lincoln Financial Field alongside Lil Wayne. When The Usos wrestled on the independent circuit, they also used Wayne’s song “Go DJ” during their entrances.

Rikishi discusses Jey Uso’s choices for WrestleMania 41 following his Royal Rumble victory

Jey Uso shocked the wrestling world when he eliminated John Cena to win the 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble match. Right after his victory, there was a lot of speculation about who he would choose as his dance partner for WrestleMania 41. However, the Samoan stated on that night itself that he may look to go after Gunther and his World Heavyweight Championship one more time.

Speaking on his Off The Top podcast, Rikishi was happy that his son had punched his ticket to WrestleMania and would be part of a marquee matchup. While winning either title at the Showcase of the Immortals is a huge achievement, he opined that the 39-year-old made the right choice by going after Gunther.

GUNTHER makes a lot of sense to me, because Jey has history with GUNTHER. But who knows? I think, as far as with Cody, it could possibly be a thing … I don’t think I’d be that invested into that match … because there’s no real history amongst those two.

Uso already has a lot of history with The Ring General, and Rikishi believed this would make for a good story heading into WrestleMania. Meanwhile, the 10x Tag Team Champion does not have much singles history against Cody Rhodes, and it would have made things less interesting.
