Jey Uso called out for looking tired in matches; advised to cut down on red-hot ‘YEET’ gesture by WWE HOF’er
A WWE legend has offered a plausible reason for Jey Uso's perceived lack of effort in terms of work-rate during his matches.

Before taking on Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 41, Jey Uso has received some constructive criticism from Kevin Nash. The WWE Hall of Famer reviewed some of Uso’s recent in-ring performances and concluded that the 39-year-old does look tired. It seems to Nash that Uso has put on some weight of late.
Speaking on Kliq This podcast, the former NWO member believes the ‘main-event’ spot is starting to bother him a bit. Kevin has advised the ex-right-hand man to ramp up his cardiovascular training. Although Nash feels that Uso’s red-hot among the fans at the moment, the yeet-along with those in attendance is taking a toll on his stamina.
Consequently, when the bell rings, The Yeet Master struggles to deliver his best. To fix it, Big Daddy Cool has suggested just doing the Yeet taunt in all four corners of the ring as he’s being introduced by the announcers. It’s quite similar to what Hulk Hogan used to do. In this way, Uso could save energy to ensure that he has enough gas left in the tank to knit a well-worked match.

“I think Jey looks like he put some weight on. I think the pressure of this spot is weighing on him.”

The Yeeter of Worlds recently botched a couple of moves on Raw when he squashed Austin Theory. Those particular slips made it to social media, and the trolls didn’t let it slide under. Jey later addressed the online criticism about the limited moveset he possesses. The Bloodline’s hothead admitted that there are way better wrestlers than him, but they’re not on his level.
Jey Uso was forced to watch his brother getting beaten up by Gunther this week
This week on Raw, the WrestleMania-bound Uso’s twin brother, Jimmy, took the gauntlet to Gunther. The latter was slapped right across his face a week prior by Big Jim after the World Heavyweight Champion made fun of Jey Uso. The Ring General had the receipts ready. He beat Jim black and blue in a match that was rather one-sided.

After Jimmy lost, Jey came out to save him from a post-match beatdown, courtesy of Gunther. The latter had to retreat eventually. However, as The Usos were heading to the back, the erstwhile Walter blindsided them. The Austrian zip-tied Jey to the ring and brutalized his brother in front of his eyes.
Since The Yeet Master was handcuffed, he was writhing in agony. Jimmy had been leaking blood by that point and was remotely moribund. Gunther had to be tamed by Raw GM Adam Pearce and other WWE officials, but the damage was already done. Jey now has all the motivation in the world to wipe the smirk off Gunther’s face the next time they meet. Their previous encounter at Saturday Night’s Main Event ended in a heartbreak for Uso.
Jey Uso has big plans for his WrestleMania entrance
It’s no doubt that Jey Uso will receive one of the loudest crowd reactions when he makes his way into the Allegiant Stadium at WrestleMania 41. Since the entertainment spectacle is known for housing awe-inspiring entrances among other factors, Uso has already mapped out how he plans on doing it.

Speaking on a recent episode of Raw Recap, the 10-time tag team champion wants a female rapper by his side to accompany him to the ring. It could be Cardi B or even Sexxy Red. The latter has already agreed to the proposal. Apart from them, Jey would be absolutely down to having Kendrick Lamar rap him down to the ring.
At WrestleMania XL, Uso had the backing of Lil Wayne. It’d be interesting to see whom WWE could secure for this month’s Vegas rendezvous. WWE CCO Triple H told Jalen Brunson last year that he does have a long list of celebrities who want to be a part of WrestleMania.
