Jimmy Butler, for the third game in a row against the Boston Celtics, was ruled out due to a knee injury for their first-round playoffs game. He gave an interview to NBA on TNT’s Chris Haynes, where he talked about the media bias towards his team, the Miami Heat.

He was asked by Haynes what he thought he could do to instill confidence that his team could go on to earn a victory over their Eastern Conference rivals, the C’s, in this first round. He then responded by swiping at the media’s constant coverage of the Celtics.

I think we believe it's everybody else that don't. If I gotta hear one more praise about Boston on national TV, when we win a game, I'm tired of hearing that, man. It's 1-1, and we gonna go up 2-1. See y'all later, peace.

While the exact timeline isn’t set in stone, there’s no guarantee that he would suit up for the playoffs barring a miracle were to happen and the Heats were to somehow kick out the C’s.

Jimmy Butler before his injury, averaged 20.8 PPG, 5.3 RPG, and 5.0 APG for the Heat Nation. Furthermore, while he wants the media to stop being biased he would be wishing he was available to play his part in their elimination.
