Jiri Prochazka’s move to 185 pounds gain stream as UFC 311 weight gain report shows SHOCKING information
CSAC reveals UFC 311 weight gain stats, a shock 22 pound difference, and 205-pounder Jiri Prochazka stagnating near middleweight limits.

In California, fighters scale it on the day of their fight – not just when they have to reach the marks on the scale. Since 2017, CSAC rules included a cap on how much a fighter could gain after the official weigh-ins. Now, after UFC 311 PPV, CSAC has released its weight gain charts. UFC light heavyweight Jiri Prochazka and his once-middleweight aspirations are looking very stout in the rear-view!
If a fighter regains more than 10% of his hydration before the fight, the commission could recommend a move up in weight. 15% and above, and there are regulations in place to stop it. 15/26 fighters on the card regained more than 10 percent of their weight at UFC 311. Six out of 15 crossed the 15 percent threshold on hydration limits. But “Samurai” Jiri Prochazka is out of the bounds of the dangers.
Prochazka’s UFC 311 PPV weight was 204.5 lbs. Per CASC, his fight-night weight only reached 208.2 pounds ( a 2 percent increase)! Opponent Jamahal Hill had an 8 percent increase at 221.8 pounds even while toning down.
UFC 135-pound champ Merab Dvalishvili has a 17 percent increase; challenger Renato Moicano had as well. Does the Zen fighter control his body fluids? If not, it’s quite a thing that Prochazka does not need to curb much down.

The only thing that makes him lose his zen, is apparently backseat driving on his fight effort and stances. After his UFC 303 PPV failed title bid, Jiri Prochazka said he might hydrate down to middleweight. He walked back on it; with so less to cut though, that seems very achievable now. If he wanted to, the Czech fighter could even start soon as he won’t be out of the game for long.
UFC 311 medical suspensions: Top fighters out of action for a while after thrilling scraps
UFC 311 PPV featured 13 bouts and 26 fighters in the lineup. Four of those fighters received a phase of six-month medical suspensions while others their mandatory clinical suspensions [30 days]. All of these potential injuries were classified as having the potential to fracture.
Proper warrior and unorthodox light heavyweight Jiri Prochazka received 45 days clinical suspension with no exception for 30 days due to the hard-fought war. Hill is out for 60 days for nasal laceration; he also received 45 days of clinical suspension with 30 days of no exception for TKO.
Recent bantamweight title challenger Umar Nurmagomedov is out for 180 days – quite a few months – due to a possible hand fracture. It also includes a 7-day mandatory checkup. On Tuesday, California State Athletic Commission (CSAC) executive director Andy Foster released the list.
Light heavyweight rising star Bogdan Guskov received a similar 180 days for a possible right-hand fracture. Jailton Almeida received it for a possible right foot fracture. Rival Serghei Spivac is out for 180 days due to a right foot/jaw fracture.
Middleweight Kevin Holland suffered a laceration to the right eye and a 60-day out after a beatdown from “Dutch Knight” Reinier de Ridder. This main card curtain-raiser was also the biggest weight discrepancy at UFC 311.
Notably, fighters can return before the end of their bans if they’ve been given medical clearance (unless “no exemption” or ““mandatory”). Someone, like Procahzka (31-5-1 MMA, 5-2 UFC), with his buddy ninja masters and mountaineering camps, would look forward to it.
