Joe Biden challenges Donald Trump once again for a Golf contest while seemingly body-shaming him

It appears the U.S. Presidential Debate has got quite interesting with an added flavor of golf. After going through the topics of foreign policy, economy, and immigration, presidential candidates Joe Biden and Donald Trump got into an argument over golf handicaps. 

The former U.S. President showed off that he is in “very good shape” at the age of 78 and also flaunted his golf skills by saying he recently won two club championships at his golf course. Trump claimed that, to be able to do that, one needs to be “smart” and “hit the ball a long way.”

President Biden then jumped in, saying he intended to challenge his opponent Trump at the presidential debate for a contest on a golf course to show who was more fit to run the White House, after winning the elections. Trump attacked Biden’s golf skills commenting he can’t hit 50 yards.

Biden has his handicap listed as 6.7 United States Golf Association’s website, while Trump is enlisted as 2.5 with the last update in 2021.

But Trump labeled Biden’s handicap as “the biggest lie of all” and claimed that he has seen his swing. He then shut down the entire golf debate saying that they shouldn’t be acting like children.

While arguing over whose golf skills are better, the U.S. President mocked his opponent Trump in size and weight. He claimed that he got his handicap down to 6 when he was a Vice President. 

Catching Trump laugh over his argument, Biden quipped with a cheeky comment.

I told you before I’m happy to play golf if you carry your own bag.

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time Biden has issued a golf challenge to Trump. He challenged him earlier this year in March and even made an offer to give him three strokes if he carried his own bag.
