The Cincinnati Bengals’ star quarterback was fortunate enough to get cleared for the regular season after enduring a calf injury in the training camp last season. However, it seemed he ran out of luck when he sustained another injury, graver than before, making him benched from week 11.
Joe Burrow was on a four-week winning streak when he suffered the wrist injury in week 11 which sent him into rehab and he didn’t return until the season was over.
That’s why, heading into the 2024 regular season, Burrow’s primary goal isn’t winning the Super Bowl over his rival teams but to make sure he doesn’t miss more games due to any injury. Ben Felderstein of Complex reported that the highest-paid quarterback revealed his main focus for 2024 is way different than winning the ultimate Vince Lombardi trophy.
Well, number one, I want to be on the field for all the games. I know I’m going to play well when I’m out there. I’m at that point in my career where I’ve seen enough ball and I know myself that I can go out there and play as well as anybody in the game.Joe Burrow said
The quarterback stated that his main focus will be his body and how to be active in all the games and practice sessions “feeling tip, top shape,” in 2024.
Joe Burrow opened up about his recent encounter with Fashion world
While prioritizing his health, Burrow has also taken full advantage of the spare time he had ahead of the Bengals’ training camp. He made his modeling debut by walking the ramp in Paris Fashion Week for Vogue World 2024. He also explored one of the most luxurious fashion houses in Paris, Hermes with fellow NFL player, Justin Jefferson.
That was definitely not what I'm used to, the fashion world and the fashion people. And the fashion culture could be as far on the opposite end of the spectrum as you can from football and sports culture.Joe Burrow added when asked about his fashion experience
Despite having a reputation as one of the most stylish athletes in the NFL, Burrow revealed it was nowhere in his future plans to catwalk for Vogue. But as he is aiming to step out of his comfort zone more often, he intends to achieve more such dreams that he didn’t know he had.
