It’s extremely rare for MMA fighters to be out-trained by non-fighters, but David Goggins is an exceptional case. Recently, Goggins collaborated with former UFC champion Israel Adesanya, proving just how mentally and physically intense he really is. Their brutal training session pushed the ‘Last Stylebender’ to his absolute limit, testing his endurance and overall athletic limit.

Adesanya didn’t shy away from posting the video of him struggling to keep up with Goggins’ extreme and relentless cardio workout. In the video, the Nigerian-Kiwi fighter was observed vomiting inside a bucket, unable to stand straight, while Goggins shouted at him repeatedly. Joe Rogan, a huge fan of Goggins, discussed the video on YouTube, and shared his reaction and opinion.

They did sprints on the Airdyne bike then they ran for distance but he was was exhausted after the run and they do it all over again. People go he (Goggins) is not doing it everyday well fuc*** clearly he is. Cause look at him, he’s not even breathing heavy. Stylebender is dying and David Goggins is talking to him in normal breath.

Goggins is known for his incredible endurance, ultra-marathon running achievements, and unmatched mental toughness built through intense suffering. He also holds a world record for the most pull-ups completed in twenty-four hours, showcasing his relentless determination and physical strength. Goggins’ achievements inspired millions worldwide, making him a huge motivational celebrity on the internet.

In the past, he also trained with UFC veteran Tony Ferguson during his unfortunate losing streak inside the UFC promotion. While it didn’t help the ‘El Cucuy’ win fights, it was still a unique collaboration that caught fans’ attention. Similarly, following his third consecutive UFC loss, Izzy considered this collaboration as a mental and physical reset opportunity.

Adesanya’s last outing was against young and hungry Nassourdine Imavov a few months back, where he suffered a TKO loss. The loss raised various doubts about what’s next for the fighter, with talks of a Sean Strickland rematch circulating. But for now, Izzy seems to be more hyped and interested in someone else currently active in the promotion.

Israel Adesanya shares excitement for UFC 315 main event winner

Israel Adesanya has always stayed close to fighters from Australia and New Zealand, consistently showing them love and unwavering support. He is a great friend of two-time featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski and never misses a chance to give him praise. It seems now he’ll do the same for Jack Della Maddalena, who recently became the new welterweight champion.

JDM went toe to toe against Belal Muhammad at UFC 315, and ultimately came out victorious after five competitive rounds. Della Maddalena outclassed the Palestinian champion with his incredible head movements and elusive striking, making him a worthy champion. As usual, Adesanya watched the fight live and shared his reaction on his YouTube channel along with his appreciation towards JDM.

I love it when one of us does it and gets the gold, the pinnacle of the sport, and couldn’t’ve happened to a nicer guy. Well deserved and well-earned guy, he did this the hard yards just through his hands, through them thangs. And f***, I can’t wait to see what’s next for him. He said Islam’s [next], but tonight’s about Jack. F***king respect and salud.

Following the bout, Della Maddalena immediately accepted the lightweight champion Islam Makhachev’s bold title challenge without any hesitation or delay. According to JDM, the Dagestani champion is the best in the world, and beating him would elevate his overall credentials.

The new welterweight champion also wants to take revenge for Volkanovski, but Makhachev feels confident about beating Della Maddalena and becoming a double champion. All questions will be answered soon by the promotion on what matchups the fans get to witness.
