John Cena appeared on SmackDown this week to deliver his final words to Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso ahead of their highly anticipated clash at Money in the Bank. However, the WWE Universe hijacked the segment with relentless “We Want Truth” chants. Recognizing the gravity of the moment, The Cenation Leader didn’t hold back—he fired back with a bold message that instantly sent shockwaves all around.

The “Real” World Champion called out the WWE Universe “pathetic” and “liars” for failing to show him and his ally, Logan Paul, the respect they deserve. Instead, he mocked the crowd for chanting for something that wasn’t even in the arena, namely “Truth.” Cena fired back, declaring that the only truth that mattered was standing in the ring: his presence in Bakersfield for the final time.

You can’t handle the truth! You want OUR truth? Our truth is right here, staring you in the face, and there is not a damn thing you, or anyone that fights for you can do about it! You hypocrites chant for truth! You are all pathetic liars! This is why you’re losers. Take a good look because it’s my last time here in Bakersfield, and remember these words; winner write the history books!

He concluded by asserting that no one—especially those who claim to fight for the fans—could change that reality. These remarks from The Franchise Player sparked outrage, drawing a thunderous wave of boos from the WWE Universe. Emotions were already running high following the unexpected release of R-Truth, and Cena’s comments only added fuel to the fire.

Yet, he remained completely unfazed by the backlash, doubling down on his disdain and continuing to show blatant disrespect toward the fans. Moreover, this week on SmackDown, Cena joined forces with Logan Paul to launch a brutal assault on Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso.

The duo unleashed a relentless beatdown on their Money in the Bank opponents, ultimately standing tall with the World Title in hand as the show went off the air.

He noted that revisiting their iconic rivalry from over a decade ago would make for a powerful and nostalgic moment. Ray also emphasized that a title win for Punk is long overdue, and such a victory could be the perfect way to elevate him back to the top of the WWE landscape.
