Johnny Gargano, one of WWE’s most talented in-ring performers, has not re-signed with WWE. Gargano’s contract was set to expire on December 3rd, however, it was extended due to his participation in the NXT WarGames.Though The New School team emerges victorious in the bout, the former NXT North American Champion Gargano gave a stellar performance in the main event. In the post-WarGames edition of NXT 2.0, when Gargano comes to address the crowd about his future in WWE, the crowd chanted “Please don’t Go” for a long time. This is evident of Gargano’s legacy in WWE. On 10th December, WWE officially has shown their gratitude towards Gargano through a Tweet, and that indicates the separation of their long-time bond.

On December 5, Gargano thanked all the people after describing his career in WWE as ‘a Hell of a run’.
Former WWE Superstar, Jonah Twitted the above-mentioned picture along with the caption “FREE”, indicative of Gargano becoming a free agent after his leave from WWE.
