Recently, the reigning heavyweight champion has hinted about the possibility of a similar outcome. As such, Jon Jones might opt to vacate his heavyweight crown if certain negotiations with UFC executives fail.

In recent months, ‘Bones’ has held several Q&A sessions on his X (formerly Twitter) account. However, this time, it wasn’t a typical Q&A. Jones addressed his critics who are eager to see him face Tom Aspinall. One particular netizen interpreted his message as a sign of retirement and questioned him about it. In response, the UFC heavyweight champion clarified his stance on retirement from the sport.
