There has been a trend of fans posting on social media for consecutive days, hoping to get a reply from a sportsperson, team or celebrity. Most times it goes under the noses of these personalities and at times it is noticed.

Recently, a Lucknow Super Giants fans attempted to do the same, hoping to catch the attention of the LSG admin on X. He tagged them in hopes of getting a kit, but got no reply. The fan then began tweeting everyday while tagging the LSG account.

While it did not reach the LSG admin, it reached their fielding coach. The tweet was noticed by Jonty Rhodes, who unfortunately requested the fan to “get a life”. He claimed he appreciated the support, he was not impressed with the fan.

Brother, get a life. Many thanks for the support, we appreciate it. But wow, come on....

Jonty Rhodes praises Ravi Bishnoi for incredible diving catch

During LSG’s win over Gujarat Titans, Ravi Bishnoi took an incredible one-handed catch to dismiss Kane Williamson. That wicket led to a huge batting collapse, as GT were bundled out for 130 runs. LSG fielding coach couldn’t stop praising the leg-spinner, claiming Bishnoi “exhausts him”.

If you don't put your hands there, you never know. Someone like Ravi, he completely exhausts me and never misses a single day of practice. If we're at the ground, he will take catches every single day. So, he works hard on his bowling, not so hard on his batting. But when it comes to fielding, he is never sitting in the dug-out and never hiding in the dressing room.

Rhodes explained the technique behind the catch in a video released by the IPL. He was impressed with how Bishnoi went backwards and gave himself time, especially with the fact that he was bowling. Rhodes was extremely happy seeing how well the spinner reacted.

In case you missed!
