Her return to WWE programming goes to show that the working relationship between WWE and TNA has continued to strengthen. While the female superstar is pulling double duty in two different promotions, WWE is making it worth her while.
According to a report by Fightful, the TNA Knockouts Champion is making huge money for her appearances on NXT. She would be earning in the six-figure range for her three NXT appearances. These include two appearances on TV and one on a PLE. The 28-year-old made her NXT debut with a surprise appearance on the latest episode of NXT, where Ava Raine announced her as the next challenger for the NXT Women’s Championship.
Jordynne Grace will get to display her in-ring capabilities in her first WWE singles match when she takes on Stevie Turner next week. Her final appearance booked for the WWE takes place at NXT Battleground. She will take on Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women’s Championship.
While these are the only WWE appearances Grace is currently booked for, fans can definitely expect to see more of her in the Stamford-based promotion. After her appearance at the Royal Rumble, she promised the WWE Universe that she would be back. Clearly, she kept her promise. It isn’t far-fetched to say that the female superstar or perhaps other TNA stars will make more appearances on NXT.
