The heavyweight contest between Derrick Lewis vs Curtis Blaydes went down at UFC Fight Night: Blaydes vs Lewis, and this lived up to the expectations.

The fight started with Blaydes landing some heavy shots and stunning Lewis at the starting of the very first round, although Lewi recovered Blaydes kept the pressure hard and was landing some nice kicks and punches. He won the first round.

But in round number 2 Lewis showed everyone why he is called “The Black Beast,” he knocked Blaydes out cold with a brutal uppercut, and fans, as well as UFC fighters, are flipping over his insane knockout.

Lewis had only one fight left after this on his UFC contract and he did more than enough to earn himself another contract, and now he is a legitimate contender for the title as well.
