New York Yankees outfielder Juan Soto will be participating in the 2024 All-Star Game for the first time as a starter. He’ll be accompanied by his teammate and captain Aaron Judge, who already secured his spot in the Midsummer Classic as the AL’s leading vote-getter.

While it may be Judge’s sixth trip to the games, Soto is excited to be part of the group. He exclaimed, “It means a lot,” after all the “grinding” he has been through. The 2024 All-Star Game will begin on June 16 at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas.

When asked how Juan Soto feels about sharing the field with his captain in Texas, he replied,

He further added that he is happy to share the field with Aaron Judge any day, more so, “it’s gonna be even better” at the All-Star field. “I’ve been grinding a lot,” Soto said. “It’s pretty cool,” that the outfielder has finally got his chance to play in the All-Star Games.

Aaron Boone highly praises Juan Soto prior Yankees’ 2-3 loss against Reds

Prior to the 2-3 loss to the Cincinnati Reds in the Yankees stadium on Wednesday, New York Yankees manager Aaron Boone highly praised Juan Soto. He called Soto a “generational hitter”, saying his at-bat stands out day by day.

Boone expressed he is excited to see Soto back-to-back with Judge on the field. “I don’t think many of us have ever seen that,” he said. Boone is excited to see how “impressive” the game will be with the two Yankees stars taking the All-Star field.

Fans are likewise excited to see the pair in Texas. Prior to that, they’ll compete in the rest of the matches to boost their chance at a playoff berth. The All-Star Game will once again be filled with star-studded players on June 16 at Globe Life Field.
