March Madness, per usual gathered a star-studded crowd this season as well, especially for USC with star player JuJu Watkins. In their recent match against the UNC Greensboro Spartans, the team grabbed a lopsided 71-25 victory. Apart from the match, what got the fans’ attention was NFL star Jayden Daniels in the stands with Watkins, accompanied by his mom.

After JuJu Watkins snatched the victory, she headed to the stands before spotting the NFL Rookie of the Year also in presence. The budding basketball sensation took a seat beside Jayden Daniels soon for the cameras to spot the two in conversation.

While the social media users comprehended the nature of the conversation, the pair appeared engulfed. In another shot taken by ESPN footage, the quarterback’s mom, Regina Jackson joined the two in the middle seat. The three watched the rest of the event with Watkins engaged with Jackson.

JuJu Watkins was her usual self in the match, giving a dominating performance with 22 points, eight rebounds, two assists, and three steals. Despite having multiple injury scares, she pulled through the fourth quarter.

Regardless, the post-game feature managed to cause quite a stir among the fans besides Mississippi State defeating California. Notably, Daniels has not been linked to anyone, nor has Watkins, who keeps a private social life.

Jayden Daniels is in his second offseason with the Washington Commanders after a memorable rookie season. Apart from leading his team to the NFC Championship Game, he also won Offensive Rookie of The Year. He led the Commanders to an astonishing 12-5 season after a difficult 4-13 in 2023. With both athletes looking to further establish themselves in the sport, a lot of eyes were glued to them.

Jayden Daniels’s mom recently shed light on son’s relationship status

Jayden Daniels was the No. 2 overall pick to Washington in last year’s NFL Draft which changed the trajectory of the team. With the amount of attention directed at him, many of his female fans were eager to know the NFL star’s relationship status.

While he remained silent on the matter, his mom revealed that he was single and solely focused on his game. In the Prime documentary The Money Game, Regina Jackson was asked about the one thing she was concerned about regarding Daniels’ inclusion in the NFL.

While she was confident about his game, her concern was his female fans. She shared that some girl had a wall filled with pictures of Daniels and wished for a chance with him. To further heighten the creepiness, she added that her mother probably supported her in her quest for the NFL athlete’s money. As wild as that may sound, Jackson was sure of it.

That said, she reassured the viewers that it was not going to happen on her watch. The fans took the warning as it came while Daniels’ mother protected him from alleged exploiters. Notably, she has been a constant presence in the Quarterback‘s rookie season.

He also gave her props for taking care of his inner circle. In a previous interview, he shared his mom’s eye for people leading her to make selections on keeping only the good intentions stay with him.
