Goodbyes can be a difficult affair for many, even more so if the person is a legendary manager who has defined an era at one of the biggest clubs in the world. Jurgen Klopp is going through all the emotions as he prepares to bid farewell to Liverpool, a club where he’s spent nine long years of his life guiding them to success.
With just one more game left as Liverpool boss, the 56-year-old posed for pictures with his staff for one last time. The German tactician’s entire supporting staff welcomed him to Anfield as they posed with him and the eight prestigious trophies he’s brought to the club.

The heartfelt gesture features Klopp making his way out of the tunnel before jogging onto the pitch to see hundreds of staff members waiting for him in the stands. A drone shot covers the entire bunch of staff as they sat on either side of the manager alongside the trophies he’s won with the Reds.
Several fans thanked the manager for the nine years he spent at the club while staff and co-workers claimed that it was their privilege to have worked alongside him. His final match as in-charge is on the 19th of May against Wolves.
Joel Matip and Thiago Alcantara – all about Liverpool’s imminent departures
With Jurgen Klopp set to leave Liverpool at the end of the season, Arne Slot has been chosen as his ‘worthy’ successor. The German manager is set to part ways with the club after nine long years and as per several reports, other important figure(s) at the club may follow. As posted on the official Liverpool website, both Joel Matip and Thiago Alcantara are set to leave the club.

Thiago, a player who is never short on technical brilliance, joined the club four seasons ago from Bayern Munich. Till date, the Spaniard has made 98 appearances for the club while scoring six goals in the process. Despite his brilliant footballing ability, injuries kept him sidelined for the majority of his stint at the club.
Liverpool’s next departure is a player that joined the club a year after Klopp signed for the Reds. Matip was one of the first signings made by Klopp upon his arrival in England.
The midfielder was part of some of Liverpool’s most prized triumphs in their modern era, ranging from the Premier League to UEFA Champions League and several other domestic accolades.
