The stars were out on Sunday at the Crypto.com Arena for the charity game for LA Wildfires. In this celebrity charity game, pop icon Justin Bieber hilariously dropped his gloves and fought against 9-time NHL All-Star Jeremy Roenick.
The city of Los Angeles was left devasted in January after a wildfire broke out in the Palisades region. The fire would quickly spread across several regions and caused huge destruction in the state of Southern California.
On Sunday at the Crypto.com Arena, the home of the Los Angeles Kings, several big names took part in a charity game. Justin Bieber, who is a huge hockey fan, would captain his team in this “Skate for LA Strong” game.
Fights in hockey are one of the most effective ways to electrify a crowd. So to bring the crowd to its feet, Bieber would drop his gloves and got involved in a bout with Roenick.
Now unlike actual NHL fights where players got at each other with a strong purpose, there was no malice in this fight. Roenick’s head was covered with his jersey while Bieber landed some punches on his opponents.
After some grabbing, he was pulled away from the scene. As he skated away, Bieber would raise his hands while skating away to the bench.

Meanwhile, Snoop Dogg, who was serving as one of the honorary coaches for Team Black along with Will Ferrell, would drop a hilarious comment. Given the history of Roenick in the NHL, Dogg said, “That’s Justin Bieber, somebody go help Justin” while reacting to the fight between them.

Disappointed in JR. First time I've seen him go easy on an opponent. Where's the guy that used to level people during All-Star games??
