Serie A: Juventus vs Udinese player ratings as the hosts clinch a comfortable 2-0 victory
Juventus vs Udinese: Juventus host Udinese at the Allianz Stadium on Matchday 22 of the ongoing edition of the Serie A.
Juventus come out on top in a tactically rich fixture. Juventus opened the scoring courtesy of their crown jewel, Paulo Dybala. The game was hardly over though as Udinese tried to create chances of their own but couldn’t put the back of the net. Juventus were on the prowl though and they managed to contain the Bianconeri until the 79th minute when Weston McKennie scored a header to double the lead for Juventus and seal the deal.

Wojciech Szczęsny (GK) (6.5/10): An uneventful first half for the Polish international which continued in the latter stages of the game as Udinese didn’t post any real challenge.
Luca Pellegrini (6.5/10): Luca Pellegrini put in a defensive shift and covered his lines well before being subbed off around the hour mark for De Sciglio.
Daniele Rugani (7/10): A great pairing with de Ligt, Rugani played well and was rock solid at defence.
Matthijs de Ligt (7/10): A stalwart defensive showing from de Ligt as he did not give an inch of space to Udinese.
Juan Cuadrado (7.5/10): A great evening for Juan Cuadrado as he was a constant threat on his flank and linked up well with the attack with his touch and footwork.
Weston McKennie (8/10): Weston McKennie scored in the closing moments of the game to seal the deal for Juventus.
Rodrigo Bentancur (7.5/10): Bentancur played well and linked up well with the attack as he also wasn’t shy of shooting from range.
Arthur (6.5/10): Arthur moved the ball well up the pitch but received a yellow card relatively early in the game. He was subbed out at half-time for Manuel Locatelli.
Dejan Kulusevski (6.5/10): Dejan Kulusevski started his first game today in a while and put in a decent performance before being subbed off at half-time for Bernardeschi.
Moise Kean (7.5/10): Moise Kean was a constant attacking threat with his pace and creativity and even managed to grab an assist before he was switched out for Morata.
Paulo Dybala (7.5/10): La Joya does it again and this time it only took 19 minutes for the Argentine prince to find the back of the net and open the scoring for Juventus.

Manuel Locatelli (7/10): Locatelli controlled the game from midfield after being subbed on at half-time
Mattia De Sciglio (7.5/10): De Sciglio was instrumental and even grabbed an assist as he put the ball on a plate for McKennie.
Álvaro Morata (6.5/10): Morata couldn’t get the all-important second goal that Juventus were craving.

Daniele Padelli (GK) (6/10): The goalkeeper could’ve positioned himself better to stop the second goal by Juventus.
Nehuén Pérez (6.5/10): Some good crossing on display by Perez as he linked up well with the attack.
Bram Nuytinck (6.5/10): The captain tried to organise his defence and covered his lines well.
Marvin Zeegelaar (5/10): Zeelgelaar had a poor performance as he received an unnecessary yellow card and also lost track of Weston McKennie who scored a second goal for Juventus.
Brandon Soppy (5/10): Brandon Soppy wasn’t great defensively and unfortunately received a yellow card in the first half.
Tolgay Arslan (6/10): Arslan injected aggressiveness into Udineses attack and was also sound defensively.
Walace (7/10): Walace held up the ball well and tried looking for incisive passes throughout the game.
Jean-Victor Makengo (6/10): Makengo didn’t have the best outing tonight as he lost the ball a bunch of times and was beaten defensively too.
Iyenoma Udogie (7/10): Udogie linked up well with the attack and had a great performance tonight.
Beto (7/10): Beto was constantly threatening Juventus and put them on the back foot a lot.
Gerard Deulofeu (7/10): Deulofeu was putting a lot of pressure on the Bianconeri defence but couldn’t find the net and was eventually subbed out.
