Former WWE Superstar Kalisto teases boxing debut
Kalisto
Former Lucha House Party member Kalisto recently took to Twitter to tease his boxing debut. Since the last few months, Kalisto has been sharing his journey to achieving peak physique on his Instagram handle.
Now we might know the reason behind achieving peak physique. The former United States Champion posted a short video on his Twitter with boxing gloves.
The video also flashed the text “Coming Soon.” The video referred Kalisto as Samuray Del Sol. This was his wrestling name prior to joining WWE. He was among the 10 Superstars who were recently released from the company.
Interestingly, He tagged Triller Fight Club in his tweet. Triller is a combat sports company, that has also promoted the Jake Paul vs. Ben Askren fight in April.
Kalisto feels he is in the best shape of his life
Towards the end of last year, Kalisto’s physique underwent a drastic change. While appearing on Busted Open Radio, He discussed the transformation with Mark Henry.
“Mark, to be honest, I just feel like I’m awake. I’m awake, man. I see the light. I feel like now, it’s my time and I feel that now, I’m ready to make a difference, man, and not only to myself but to show my audience to display how good I really am.”
It had seemed like WWE was pushing the Lucha House Party, but it quickly fizzled out. The WWE Universe wasn’t able to see enough of him since he was released recently. But now fans can hope to see him in action again, but this time in a different ring!
