The Mayor of Knox County has playfully applauded Donald Trump's decision to name RFK Jr. as the US Secretary of HHS.

The moment Robert Francis Kennedy Jr. abandoned his aspirations of running for president and joined forces with the GOP’s Donald Trump, he was poised for a major role in the new administration. And after weeks of speculation, Kennedy has been roped in as the US Secretary of Human and Health Services (HHS), Trump announced on X. Fellow Republican and WWE Hall of Famer Kane is all for it.
The real-life Glenn Jacobs, who’s the incumbent Knox County mayor, quipped that the hot dogs will no longer comprise of nitrates and alternates thereof. It’s believed to be a witty jab at president-elect Trump, who’s a glutton, especially if McD and diet cokes are around. The 78-year-old hasn’t been shy about his perpetual penchant for junk food and beverages.
But that wouldn’t sit well with Kennedy—Donald’s pick to chair the HHS. The known vaccine cynic recently criticized Trump’s diet, a few items of which are akin to poison in Kennedy’s eyes. Nonetheless, with RKF Jr. now holding a key office in the yet-to-be-finalized president’s cabinet, Trump might need to cut down on some of his beloved snacks.
Hot dog!! Well, without all the nitrates and stuff. #MAHA https://t.co/WAX10BBnoP

The Queensland-born Republican is committed to making America healthy again. A few days ago, WWE great Hulk Hogan hilariously proposed to team up with Francis Kennedy Jr. as the MAGA Powers to recuperate the US’ dwindling status quo in terms of nutritional levels among citizens.
While Hogan may not end up in HHS, his choice to lead a team of over 80,000 officials in the health department has made it through. The Immortal One was elsewhere in the headlines as well recently after CNN’s Scott Jennings backed him to run for the Senate in Florida.
Joe Rogan explains why Dave Bautista kept unloading on Donald Trump pre-elections
Within 24 hours after Election Day in the US, the AP had declared that Donald Trump would plot a return to the White House in 2025. He’s yet to swear in, but the Republicans are on cloud nine owing to a convincing win over Kamala Harris-led Democrats.
The latter received major endorsements by the likes of Taylor Swift and former WWE Champion Dave Bautista. Speaking of Dave, Joe Rogan recently took The Animal to the cleaners for his ulterior motive behind his authoritative push for Harris.
The podcaster alleged that Bautista voted for Trump’s counterpart in order to cleanse his standing in Hollywood. Trashing on the Republican politician and siding with Kamala & Co. was an easy litmus test for Dave to win over the Hollywood liberals, emphasized Rogan.
