Karrion Kross recently shared some pictures of his body transformation, revealing that his physique was back in the shape he wanted. He achieved his target in just six weeks by following a proper diet plan and working hard. The 38-year-old shared an inspirational message about the story behind his change on social media. 

Kross took to X and disclosed that he decided to bring his body back to the shape it was seven years ago. Karrion Kross talked about how he got up from every setback life threw at him and continued to push forward. The images were evidence of his undeniable passion for getting the body composition he always desired.

The Harbinger of Doom gained a lot of success when he made his NXT debut in 2021. He held the black and gold championship twice and defeated the likes of Damian Priest and Finn Balor during his reign. After his successful run on NXT, fans had so many expectations from him, but it all went downhill after he lost to Jeff Hardy in just 2 minutes on his main roster debut. Eventually, he and his wife, Scarlett Bordeaux, left the company after a rough three-month period.

Since his return to WWE in 2022, he has been involved in feuds with the likes of Drew McIntyre, AJ Styles, and Rey Mysterio. The 38-year-old star finally caught fans’ attention when he aligned himself with The Authors of Pain and Paul Ellering. Unfortunately, their intimidating presence didn’t work on Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits, as they defeated them in a Philadelphia Street Fight at WrestleMania XL.
