WTA No.32 Katie Boulter continues her amazing form on the grass as she powers through the Round of 32 at Eastbourne International. On Tuesday, the Brit was up against Petra Martic in the tournament just before the all-prestigious Wimbledon.

It was an easy win for Boulter, who had started the match with an easy first-set win. However, her opponent put up a small fightback in the second set, but in the tie-break, Boulter pulled out with the win. It was an incredible start to her pre-Wimbledon tournament and Boulter was more than happy to get off on a cheerful note.

Yeah... I’ve got nothing to lose. This week is a fantastic week to come out here and play in front of you guys and get more practice on the grass courts. We always need it. Just happy to be out here through to the next round
Katie Boulter said during the post-match interview

She will now head into the Round Of 16 and take on the fifth seed Jelena Ostapenko for a spot in yet another quarter-finals. Having won the previous tournament, Boulter is a favorite in this tournament as well and hopes to continue her form for the upcoming Grand Slam.

Katie Boulter reveals her relationship with the other British girls, including rival Emma Raducanu

British ace Katie Boulter is the British No.1 in the circuit presently. However, 2021 US Open winner Emma Raducanu is slowly returning to her best form, putting Boulter’s rankings at risk.

Many would think that the two have a good rivalry between them. However, it is the total opposite. Boulter revealed that she is close to all the British girls and usually spends a lot of time with them. One of those girls is Raducanu.

During the afternoon, I might drive to Wimbledon in my electric car, it helps that they have public chargers. If Alex isn’t playing, I support the rest of the British girls. Emma Raducanu, Harriet Dart, Jodie Burrage and I are all very close and travel together a lot
Katie Boulter told The Times

Tennis fans are excited to see Raducanu and Boulter face off once again. They played each other in the Nottingham Open before this and played an amazing three-setter game before Boulter won the game and made it to the finals.
