The NASCAR community is in shock following the latest development in the charter wars. 23XI Racing co-owned by Michael Jordan joined hands with Bob Jenkins’ Front Row Motorsports to sue the France family and the CEO over monopolistic practices. The Federal anti-trust lawsuit will open a can worms that will change the sport forever.
The NASCAR community is in split over the decision from Michale Jordan and his team to sue the sport owners. Some like Larry McReynolds have called him out while some other have offered their support as well. Ex-NASCAR driver Kenny Wallace has given his opinion on the historic moment via social media and has explained how big the stakes are.

Wallace pointed out that NASCAR can’t afford to let the 23X-FRM team to win the lawsuit. If they do, this will force NASCAR to change the current deal that they have signed with the 13 other teams in the sport. They will have to shell out millions from the revenue pool and pay them, which will cost them the unquestioned authority they have had over the sport.
Kenny Wallace feels 23XI and FRM are martyrs
While further talking about the point, Wallace highlighted that the teams who sue NASCAR are walking and egg shells are potentially killing most of the future prospects they have in the sport. He feels that they are the martyrs for the current teams to secure a better future down the road.
The NASCSAR veteran has made some valid points in his unbiased commentary on the issue. Its highly likely that his prediction might come true, considering how compacted the legal procedure are at the moment and the overall power NASCAR has over the teams.
