He has used his podcast and social media to share his arguments. Recently he went on social rant against ESPN’s reports on the lawsuit that suggested the teams don’t know what the are fighting for,
Denny Hamlin was furious seeing such a publication reiterating NASCAR’s narrative and he accused them of spreading propaganda, intimidated by the leadership. Denny Hamlin responded to a ESPN article and Denny Hamlin said, Uh, NASCAR is a propaganda machine putting out lies about Michael Jordan and 23XI. Now, I’m not going to repeat myself because I’m trying to do better at that. But you heard what I said, using the word propaganda.
Kenny Wallace said via his YouTube channel.
He admitted that the first thing that came to his mind over the incident was how brave the veteran racer is and pointed out that Hamlin doesn’t care about what the leadership thinks about him over the legal drama. The reason for the bravery is the fact that trial will start on Monday and with the war starting, there is no point is playing it soft.
First thing I thought about is, man, Denny’s brave. He don’t give a [ __ ] what NASCAR thinks about him right now. And here’s why. Because Monday, today’s Saturday. In just a couple days, NASCAR and Michael Jordan and Denny Hamlin and Front Row Motorsports are getting ready to go into war. Jury selection starts. It’ll last for a couple weeks.

Kenny Wallace details why 23XI-FRM chose Michael Jordan as their charter lawsuit representative
One of the big moves made by the teams for the lawsuit is selecting the Michael Jordan as their representative to the court. The basketball GOAT is capable of influencing the jury, considering he is North Carolina native, who made a name for himself at NC playing for UNC.

23XI and Front Row, they get one person to represent them in the courtroom. In 23XI, they chose the great Michael Jordan. Because he’s Michael Jordan from North Carolina, UNC, the powder blue uniforms from the great University, North Carolina. So, who else are you going to sit in the courtroom to pull on the juror’s heartstrings? The great Michael Jordan from UNC right up the road.
Kenny Wallace said.
Another factor that is in favor of the NBA Hall of Famer is the fact that he co-owns the local basket ball team, Charlotte Hornets. He recently sold his majority stake, but still has a minority stake, making him close to the community.
So, their strategy has already started. Let’s put Michael Jordan in the courtroom every day. The greatest basketball player of all time. And also, he’s from right there. That’s where he’s from. He owns the Charlotte Hornets. Is that what they call them now? Michael Jordan owns the basketball team right there in Charlotte.
Kenny Wallace added.
These might influence the jury a little bit, but won’t be enough to change the direction of the whole trail as at the end of the team that teams have to do some big heavy lifting to prove monopoly. It would be interesting to see how the whole drama is going to playout in the coming years.
