The big player is back at the Brooklyn Nets after missing 23 games for the squad. Kevin Durant’s return made the fans go gaga as he stepped into the court. He was cheered the most by his mother who applauded his presence on the court. He came off the bench in the 2nd quarter and trashed the New Orleans Pelicans. The Brooklyn Nets won by a 28-point margin as Kevin Durant went 5-5 from field and 5-5 from the free throw line. More importantly, he debuted in his latest shoe line collection of KD13s that were customized by his childhood friend.

The Brooklyn Nets got off to a great start with Kyrie Irving being dominant with his god level handles. He made Steven Adams dance during one of the offensive possession. On another occasion, the team got to a perfect first break condition and Jeff Green made an easy bucket in transition. Kyrie Irving and LaMarcus Aldridge got 20+ points each. The game was very special for Durant. It was not only his comeback but also making a debut in his new shoe line collection. The KD13 shoes he wore tonight were made in collaboration with one of his childhood friend and Nike. Devonte Young and KD were together since 7th grade in an open gym. Durant took it to the internet to applaud his mate’s work. He said, “Met my brother @___devonte_____ in 7th grade open gym at Walker Mill middle school, we still rockin…..he created @enspirestreetwear a few years back and collabed with @nike on some KD13s…What a fu*kin honor it was to hoop in these…I know what my boy been through so I’m glad we could make this happen!!! Great win NETS WORLD.

Devonte started the brand Enspire and has now collabed with nike to design Durant’s game shoes. This is truly remarkable for someone who has been a part of KD’s life. More importantly the Nets are making sheer dominance in the EC. They are top seeded and the Big 3 will soon reunite after Harden’s return. The team is marching ahead without a hurdle to the title.
