Former NBA legend Kevin Garnett recently opened up on a story involving one of the best NBA players, Michael Jordan on the Club 520 Podcast. Notably, Garnett has been full of praise regarding Jordan previously but his recent story on the legend was an example of “not messing” with Jordan at any point of the game.

Garnett claimed on the podcast that everything was going well for him in a particular game against the Chicago Bulls legend until he chose to “wake up the beast” and paid a hefty price for it. Garnett revealed how Jordan all of a sudden exploded on the court with his undefendable dribbles, and his one-step 3-pointers, among others which secured the win for Jordan and his side.

Interestingly, Garnett and Jordan have a lot of respect and admiration against one another and have been vocal about it in the past. Garnett had one of the best careers with the Boston Celtics, and also in the NBA, leaving a stamp on the league. Additionally, Garnett now shares a lot of stories regarding the various situations he came across in his playing time on various podcasts.

Kevin Garnett has been one of the stellar players in the NBA for whichever team he faced during his time in the NBA. However, one person who tormented him the most was Michael Jordan with the Chicago Bulls. Notably, Garnett shed some light on a story involving Jordan on the KG Certified Podcast alongside Los Angeles Clippers guard Bones Hyland, claiming why one must “never trash-talk” Jordan.
