Kevin “Big Mouth” Holland sends not so subtle shot at Khamzat Chimaev

Kevin Holland is back to opening that “big mouth” of his. In a nearly 3 hour long podcast with none other Joe Rogan, Holland left no stone unturned. Conversing over their starts in mixed martial arts, Kevin’s upcoming fight, and even Khamzat Chimaev’s name was mentioned.
With each fighter breaking into stardom in 2020, Holland may have taken a slight jab at Khamzat’s path to get there. Mentioning the fact Chimaev has only taken fights that are smart for him, which is something he himself wouldn’t do. Despite calling him smart, overall you have to get the notion there was same shade behind Kevin’s comments.
“He asked if we were friends now, i said f**k no.” Holland giggled in regards to Khamzat.
As shown in the video, Chimaev wasn’t the only one receiving foul words from Big mouth. In fact, Travis Lutter, Kevin’s long time MMA coach, even said “Kevin f**ks with Derek Brunson constantly.” In regards to his upcoming opponent for March 20th. As you can see with clarity, Holland clearly isn’t afraid of stepping on a few necks in his rise of the UFC middleweight division.
With his ever evolving skill level, and even better personality, it seems Holland is going to play a major role in the UFC’s plans for 2021. Given that Khamzat is able to recover from his nasty stent of covid, and Holland wins his next fight, we may be looking at incredible headlining fight between the two.
