Kevin Owens certainly enjoyed some personal time with his family amidst his hiatus from WWE television. A video of him vibing with his daughter at a Taylor Swift concert recently surfaced online. He last wrestled against The Bloodline in a Street Fight, losing at Backlash in France.
The Prizefighter’s wife, Karina Leila, took to Instagram and shared a picture of him with his daughter. Kevin Owens was clearly enjoying his time with his family at the “Eras Tour” concert of the popular singer Taylor Swift. The event was held at the Friends Arena in Stockholm, Sweden.
After failing to capture the United States title at WrestleMania XL, Owens was unexpectedly attacked by Tama Tonga. He, along with his friend Randy Orton, brawled with The Bloodline for weeks before their tag team match at Backlash. Although they were in control and dominated the entire match, Tonga Loa made his debut and turned the match in their favor.
His story with the dominant faction definitely isn’t over yet, as he will look to take revenge on them upon his return. The Viper and Tama Tonga will face each other in the semifinals of the King of the Ring tournament. Therefore, it will be interesting to see whether The Prizefighter returns to help his tag team partner against The Bloodline’s shenanigans.
Kevin Owens explained what was it like to hit Logan Paul in the face
Although Logan Paul has been successful in retaining the U.S. title for so long, it has been nothing but a lot of hardship. He has taken a lot of beatings from Kevin Owens during their feud through the opening third of 2024. The Maverick got the better of the 39-year-old star by securing a controversial win at the Royal Rumble.
While speaking in an interview on Sporf, Owens stated that punching the 29-year-old was always a rewarding feeling. He mentioned that he enjoyed every moment of the pain he inflicted upon the current U.S. Champion. In their second encounter against each other, although The Prizefighter served him a lot of punishment, Logan once again picked up the victory.
Y’know how after a really hard day’s work, when it’s hot outside and you’re working and you’re just dead and all you wanna do is go home, crash on the couch and have a nice cold beverage of choice, how that feels? That’s what punching him in the face feels like every time.Kevin Owens on Logan Paul via Sporf
Now, the champion has shifted his focus to Cody Rhodes‘ Undisputed title. On last week’s episode of SmackDown, GM Nick Aldis announced that he would be challenging The American Nightmare in a title vs. title match. However, The Maverick pulled some strings and made a new contract, stipulating that this match will now only be for the Undisputed WWE Title.
