Vanessa Bryant repped her late husband Kobe Bryant's Philadelphia Eagles ahead of Super Bowl LIX
Super Bowl LIX saw the Kansas City Chiefs taking on the Philadelphia Eagles in a battle for the next Lombardi Trophy. The most famous basketball playing Eagles fan was the late great Kobe Bryant. He was there to witness their first ever championship and his clip celebrating it at home is still viral.
This time though, he was not there to watch his favorite hometown team as they beat their opponents soundly to reach Super Bowl LIX. Had he been there, he would have been upbeat knowing pound-for-pound, his team was better than the Chiefs.
Ahead of the game, Vanessa Bryant posted a story on her Instagram page where she is wearing an Eagles cap. Along with that, she sported a t-shirt which had a picture of the late Princess Diana on it. The Princess was seen wearing an Eagles jacket, which meant Mrs. Bryant was bringing out all the stops while repping her late husband’s team.
She also posted another reel showing the Los Angeles Lakers great wearing an Eagles jersey to one of the team’s games. The throwback picture shows him cheering on his Lakers while on the bench in a game in which he did not play.
She also shared a reel of tennis legend Serena Williams performing the crip walk during the Super Bowl LIX half-time show. After that, she shared some pictures showing Eagles colored confetti after they won the big game. Along with that, was the clip that shows her late husband celebrating the Eagles’ 2018 title win.

The clip that still resonates with Philadelphia Eagles fans was when Kobe Bryant celebrated after their Super Bowl LII win. Vanessa Bryant shared the video where it shows the then retired Bryant watching Tom Brady throw a Hail Mary. But his Patriots teammates could not catch which led the five-time NBA champion to say.
Oh thank God. Oh my God, we won the f***king Super Bowl. Yessss!

All this while, the late basketball great had little Bianka, his third daughter, in his hands. He was so excited that his hometown team won, that Bryant was jumping with joy. He then returned to the bed and his excitement was evident as he continuously smacked his thigh.

At this point his wife, who was recording this on her phone, asked her husband to not scare Bianka. But that was a time which she knew she could not stop her husband. His joy showed how much it meant to him that his hometown team won a Super Bowl. He might have had the same joy had he witnessed their Super Bowl LIX victory.
