KSI is said to be boxing either Alex Wassabi or Austin McBroom in his next fight
Fans believe KSI will confront Alex Wassabi inside the boxing ring following Wassabi defeating his younger brother, Deji, according to a recent announcement by YouTuber Austin McBroom.
KSI is among the most popular boxers on YouTube. His victorious fights versus fellow YouTubers Joe Weller & Logan Paul arguably launched the trend.
While JJ has a perfect 2-0 record, his younger brother, Deji, has no similar luck. Following his fight with YouTuber Alex Wassabi, Deji’s boxing record currently stands at a sluggish 0-3 start.

KSI vs. Alex Wassabi boxing rumours are sparked by Austin McBroom
Following Deji’s performance at ShowStar’s UK vs USA boxing fight earlier in the month, KSI attacked his younger brother in a video, claiming he was “disappointed” with his brother’s boxing abilities.
Wassabi appeared to be offended by JJ’s attitude on the subject, accusing him of “kicking your little brother when he’s down.” If YouTuber Austin McBroom’s statements are to be accepted, these two could be the next to fight in the ring.
McBroom slammed JJ’s manager in an Instagram stories post before implying that KSI is ready to sign a deal to face Wassabi in August. He stated:
“Since KSI’s manager is full of s**t, going around telling people they offered me a deal and the reason why we’re not fighting is that I was asking for too much.
If that’s the case, before KSI signs the deal to fight Alex for August, sign the deal with me and I’ll fight for the same deal you’re trying to give to Alex. You won’t do that, though.”
Although none of the parties involved has acknowledged anything, a pairing between these two influences would make sense if JJ’s current musical schedule doesn’t keep him booked until September.
For the time being, Leon Willis, JJ’s boxing trainer, says the YouTuber is targeting a fight around late 2022, keeping fans eagerly awaiting word of the rapper’s return to the sport.
