Vince McMahon remains one of the most polarizing figures in WWE history. While some hail him as one of the greatest minds in wrestling, others harshly criticize him. The former WWE Chairman has become the ‘Voldemort’ of the company since Janel Grant filed a s*x trafficking lawsuit against him. Recently, WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle shared his thoughts on McMahon during an interview.

On Inside The Ropes, Angle reflected on his past interactions with Vince McMahon. While he praised McMahon for his visionary leadership in WWE, Angle also described some of his behind-the-scenes behavior as demented. He hinted at some of McMahon’s unbelievable antics off-camera, adding that, in his view, the 79-year-old WWE Chairman would be heading to hell when he dies.

I don’t want to say all the crazy stuff he does, because, you know, some of this stuff is more private, but Vince, Vince is a very special individual, and he’s he’s going to go to hell when he dies. [laughs]

Also, there were a number of inside stories that were revealed during the recently released documentary of Mr. McMahon on Netflix. While McMahon has been criticized before, these recent comments of the former WWE Champion add a new layer to his story. Angle, who has been a cornerstone of WWE before, seems quite dipped about his thoughts on the 79-year-old.

Titus O’Neil overnight became one of the most popular WWE stars in 2018 after his infamous incident in Saudi Arabia. At The Greatest Royal Rumble, O’Neil accidentally slipped under the ring during his entrance, creating a viral moment. McMahon was apparently laughing as hard as the rest of us and made sure the fall aired live. On top of that, he had them replay it a few times for good measure. It shouldn’t be a wonder, Vince has always been a fan of slapstick comedy.

The former WWE Chairman is known for his strict professionalism. However, O’Neil’s infamous botch ended up being a perfect fit for his comedic persona. As a result, McMahon was not furious about the incident. In fact, he wholeheartedly accepted the botch while motivating the former WWE Tag Team Champion backstage.
