The NFL 2022 draft threw up a number of exciting prospects to look forward to during the upcoming season of the league. Over the span of three days, franchises did their best to pick up the best talents from college football.
Two names which created quite the furore was Kyle Hamilton and Tyler Linderbaum. The Baltimore Ravens drafted both of them to set themselves up exceedingly well for a new challenge this season.

Hamilton who hails from Notre Dame was picked up as the 14th overall pick by the Ravens. It was quite a surprise that the Ravens were able to get him in the 14th pick, given the fact that many had expected him to be picked up inside the first 10 picks.
Tyler Linderbaum was notched up as the 25th overall pick. The 22-year old University of Iowa center perfectly fit the demands of the Ravens head coach John Harbaugh. Linderbaum’s athleticism, upside and point of attack are a perfect combination of the style of offense that the Ravens like to run.
“It wouldn’t surprise me whatsoever if Hamilton and Linderbaum are already considered among the best in the NFL at their respective positions by the time their rookie year is over,” Mike Renner said on the prospect of two highly rated rookie stars.
“You’re talking about one of the best technicians – strong, physical, tough, quick-footed,” Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta said Thursday night. “Somebody said it on TV, I think; if he was an inch taller and his arms were a half-inch longer, he would’ve been a Top 5 pick, and I believe that. He’s probably one of the better centers we’ve seen come out in a long time.”
