Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid was undoubtedly one of the biggest signings of the 21st century. The Frenchman was officially unveiled as a Madrid player weeks ago, but did not join the squad until much recently. Fans were disappointed to learn that the player will not join the club in pre-season as the Los Blancos played games against FC Barcelona, Chelsea and AC Milan. However, supporters were thrilled to see the 25-year-old have his first training session with his teammates just days before the UEFA Super Cup.
Clips of the player alongside Jude Bellingham, Carlo Ancelotti & Eduardo Camavinga had fans excited for what was to come. Mbappe was all smiles as he took to social media to put up a ‘day one’ post featuring pictures of his first training session at the club. The superstar initially engaged in fitness sessions paired with endurance and physical training. Ancelotti then directed the training to drills and in-game situations, where the player showed his class.
On social media, fan claimed that the Frenchman will set the stage on fire alongside Vinicius Jr. & Bellingham. However, his arrival has put significant uncertainty on the situation of Rodrygo, as rumors linking him with a move to Manchester City & Liverpool have surfaced.
As things stand, Kylian Mbappe is all set to start in the UEFA Super Cup against Atalanta. Fans are thrilled at the possibility of his first game being a title-deciding match.

Real Madrid are a club that demands relentless dedication and perfection from players. Not every player is cut out to succeed at the club and neither is the same guaranteed for Mbappe. In a recent interaction with the press, head coach Carlo Ancelotti opened up about the player’s situation at the club and what he needs to do to succeed. At 25, there is no doubt as to his ability to perform on the big stage.

The Italian also expressed his excitement for the player’s arrival and said the same for the rest of the staff and players. Ahead of the UEFA Super Cup game, Ancelotti made sure not to underestimate his opponents. Although Madrid are clear favorites to win the one-off match, Atalanta have the unique achievement of snatching glory from invincibles Bayer Leverkusen. Ancelotti also asserted that Atalanta were to be feared and that they deserve their spot in the UEFA Super Cup.
