LA Knight paid a heartfelt tribute to Bray Wyatt on SmackDown the night he passed away. For once, one could sense his voice crack in the promo that the fans still vividly remember. In the interviews, he did post that, LA underscored how indebted The Megastar felt to Wyatt’s contributions in kickstarting his main roster journey. He recently commented on the Wyatt Sicks, an act that’s meant to pay homage to Bray.

Knight was a guest on the Battleground podcast. On the show, the 41-year-old was asked about the Bo Dallas-led faction. LA seemingly had no wasted motion in addressing the skepticism surrounding whether the Wyatt Sicks would succeed without the late, great Bray Wyatt at the helm. The Defiant One mentioned how it’s been a near-perfect outing for those maniacs on the scene thus far.

This week on Raw, the eerie stable made its first-ever in-ring appearance. Seeing their commander-in-chief, Bo Dallas, in all sorts of trouble at the hands of Chad Gable and The Creeds, the Wyatts made their way out. Before they could get to the culprits, Gable and his men had already bailed out of the ring.

It seems like in the absence of Bray, I think a lot of people would expect, ‘Ah man, maybe this is kind of an odd move. Is this gonna have legs to it?’ And it seems like so far so good.

Moreover, this week’s show also featured yet another VHS tape. This time around, it was Erick Rowan‘s turn to be interviewed. He was asked about how he’s felt lately. Rowan claimed that he lost his purpose in life the same way he lost his brother Bray.

He further continued by saying that he thought who’d remember him, as he’s just Rowan. However, during the closing moments of the tape, Erick claimed that he’d recollected himself and was once again aiming for something in life. There were flashes of the Rambling Rabbit on the screen while he said all this.

LA Knight to challenge Logan Paul for the US title at SummerSlam

Come SummerSlam, LA Knight is hellbent on challenging Logan Paul for the United States Championship. Last week on SmackDown, The Megastar had a contract within his grasp that he managed to ratify with the general manager, Nick Aldis.

It was to certify that The Maverick is scheduled to put his title on the line at The Biggest Party of the Summer. Knight had put his initials on the contract, but Logan didn’t, as he wasn’t even on the show.

However, the former Eli Drake promised that he’d get it done. And now, it’s official that Paul will appear live on the blue brand this Friday. The US title match for SummerSlam is likely to be made official on the show.
