For the Warriors, their star defender, Draymond Green, made his long-awaited return to the roster after suffering an injury last month. However, Green has been making the headlines lately for his recent ‘layup’ miss against the Lakers.

On Thursday night, the Lakers led the Warriors 69-49 at the half, with a 20-point advantage. LeBron James finished the first half with 23 points, including a logo three to cap off a 9-0 run for him. James’ second triple of the sequence came after Green missed an easy layup on the other end after James had made one.

The fact that the Lakers’ new signing, Luka Doncic, was sitting on the bench and seemed to be laughing at Green for missing an uncontested layup was nearly lost in the moment. But after his miss, Doncic was seen on camera smiling at Green. Not only that, this moment quickly went viral among the fans as they took to their socials.
