Considering how everything transpired over this past year, no wonder Lakers fans are rejoicing as they feel their franchise has heard their voice. They feel Ham’s decisions and inability to lead the team cost LeBron James and his teammates a chance at a championship.

A record that can never sit right with the team in purple and gold. Hence, now they start their search for their next head coach. Someone who they will expect to take to the promised land. That person also has to be someone who their fans would respect.
