What a prospect is LaMelo Ball becoming for the Charlotte Hornets, in the team’s most recent home game against Milwaukee Bucks, LaMelo Ball scores career high 27 points to lead the Hornets past a rigid Milwaukee side. Ball overshadows the reigning MVP, Giannis Antetokounmpo’s double-double with 34 points and 18 rebounds. The Greek Freak almost had a triple-double, in his team’s second consecutive loss.
Talking about the team of the moment, Charlotte Hornet, Gordon Hayward too scored 27 points. Malik Monk scored 18 and also Cody Zeller too scored his career-best 15 points. The Hornets outscored the Bucks by 37 points when LaMelo Ball was on the court for them. He too was the game changer between the teams in the last 6 minutes of the game, in which Hornets outscored the Bucks 16-4.

Hornets coach James Borrego said Ball’s energy was “infectious.”
“That is what makes his special, he just loves the game,” Borrego said. “He has a great joy for his teammates and playing the game. The guys love playing with him and they play with more joy when he’s in there. I want to coach with more joy because of him.”
Ball senses the impact he has on his teammates.
“I definitely feel that, even at a young age playing basketball, just getting the ball and getting out and going kind of affects people’s games, so they all do it,” LaMelo Ball said.
Giannis Antetokounmpo nearly had a triple-double, finishing with 34 points, 18 rebounds and nine assists for the Bucks. The two-time MVP appeared to bang knees with Miles Bridges with about seven minutes to play but remained in the game. Jrue Holiday had 21 points, whereas Khris Middleton scored 18 points for the Bucks in this loss.
