Lamine Yamal is by far, one of the most promising talents in Europe. The 17-year-old Barcelona star also featured for Spain as La Roja claimed the European championship in Germany. As fans prepared for the player’s return and subsequent new season under Hansi Flick, a harrowing incident has shook fans to the core.

It is understood that Nasraoui got into an argument, following which the men followed him into the lot. The case is being handled by Catalan regional police, who are yet to release an official statement or confirm the incident.

Daunting challenge for Lamine Yamal as Barcelona head into new season
Even though FC Barcelona and Real Madrid have battled it out on the big stage for several years, it appears that the Blaugrana will have to settle for second best this season. That will be the case unless Lamine Yamal and co. find a way to counter the brilliance of Carlo Ancelotti and his latest signings in Spain. Kylian Mbappe hit the ground running with Madrid on Wednesday night as he picked up his first trophy with Los Blancos.
On the other hand, Barcelona recently endured a trophyless season, and saw their manager kicked out of the club. As Hansi Flick prepares to give Real a run for their money, a huge chunk of the responsibility also falls on the 17-year-old. Barcelona will be betting on their youngsters to do the deed for them this year, with Olympic Gold medalists Pau Cubarsi and Fermin Lopez giving support to Yamal.
Barcelona head into the official season on the back of an underwhelming loss in the Joan Gamper. The club lost 3-0 to AS Monaco as Flick appeared to be rather disappointed in his team’s performance. That being said, the German tactician also noted that it was ‘only’ pre-season and that things would get better in official competition.
