Larsa Pippen broke up with Michael Jordan's son Marcus Jordan after two years together
If Michael Jordan and former teammate Scottie Pippen‘s feud was not enough, things took a turn for the worse when their family members got involved. His Airness’ son Marcus Jordan started dating Larsa Pippen, the ex-wife of the former Chicago Bulls star. But after two years of dating, they broke off once, then got back again. Then finally, they ended it for good.
The ‘Real Housewives of Miami’ star was speaking to Page Six‘s on their show Virtual Reali-Tea. When asked about her dating situation now, the 50-year-old replied:
I’ve been trying to lay low. I think from my last relationship, it was so public that I think in this chapter of my life, I want to keep certain things to myself, and not be so overly open because it just didn’t work out well for me, my last situation.

She mentioned that her relationship with Marcus Jordan thrust her into a completely different limelight. That limelight eventually became too difficult for her to manage.
Naturally that is expected when the son of the most famous basketball player in the world dates the ex-wife of his teammate. That squarely placed Marcus Jordan and Larsa Pippen at the top-tier of paparazzi targets. They were photographed and followed everywhere, and every small detail of their lives was discussed or made stories from.
That amount of spotlight became too much for her, wich is why, as she mentioned, she preferred to stay low to ease off the attention. Now she claims to be ready to date but is wary of the type of people that approach her.
Michael Jordan was not appreciative of his son and Larsa Pippen’s relationship
All throughout the time Marcus Jordan dated Larsa Pippen, no one really knew how their family members felt. Scottie Pippen preferred to stay shut when pressed for an answer. But senior Jordan, who is often difficult to get to, did not hesitate to give a brief answer.
Around a year ago, when TMZ reporters asked him if he approved of this relationship, Michael Jordan simply replied;
No.

He was not too happy about his son dating his teammate’s wife, even if they were feuding at the time. In fact, Charles Barkley hinted that that relationship probably made the situation between the two Chicago Bulls stars worse than before.

Since the relationship ended, Scottie Pippen seems to have reversed his stance. He went back to suggesting that his teammate is the best basketball player of all time. Whether this managed to sort out their relationship is unknown.
