LaVar Ball had to undergo surgery to amputate his right foot
All three Ball brothers are now millionaires as the first two have earned generational wealth in the NBA. The third, is starting to make waves in the rap industry. Their father tried to do the same with his Big Baller Brand of sportswear.
However, that was caught up in a cheating scandal that did sour the family’s relationship. Now they are all back to being a family as both Lonzo Ball and his now rapper brother praised their father for helping them have a new life.
Once LiAngelo Ball received his multi-million-dollar record deal, fans were happy that their father won in life. Now that his sons are settled, the 57-year-old has not been that active off late. But as per TMZ, he struggled with a serious medical issue earlier.
LaVar Ball had his foot amputated after suffering a serious medical issue, TMZ Sports has learned. We’re told the Ball family patriarch underwent a recent procedure to have his right foot removed … but despite it all, he is in great spirits and doing well.

As per TMZ’s report and the supporting image, LaVar Ball seems to be in great spirits even though he has lost his right foot. Details of the medical issue were not revealed but it must have been serious enough for his foot to be amputated. NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders had two of his toes removed due to another medical issue.

When fans learnt of this news, it was hair raising for them. On one hand, they understand that losing a foot is as horrific as it could get. On top of that to continue showing his beaming smile while sitting in a wheelchair was enough evidence for them.

This surgery will sideline LaVar Ball for a while. But he has shown in the past that he is as spirited as they come. He could spring back into the headlines soon. He has been doing that for the past many years and won’t stop especially when the opportunity presents itself.
