Leaked audio catches LeBron James’ confession for Stephen A Smith’s altercation
Lakers star LeBron James has been making the headlines lately after his conversation with former NBA player Richard Jefferson was leaked.

Stephen A. Smith and LeBron James
The viral video of LeBron James and Stephen A. Smith grabbed the NBA world by storm. Specifically, it features Bronny James, a Los Angeles Lakers rookie who has received harsh criticism, particularly from Stephen A. Smith. Most recently, another viral audio was leaked between James and former NBA player Richard Jefferson about the Smith confrontation.
James spoke with former teammate and current ESPN commentator Richard Jefferson regarding the Smith dispute. James told Jefferson, who may have been defending his colleague, that he didn’t mind Smith’s critiques. However, once he asked for Bronny’s NBA profession to end as a ‘father, ‘ he couldn’t take it anymore.
I know… Right, right, right. That’s the only thing I’m tripping over. I don’t give a f**k. Once he talks about, ‘I’m pleading you as a father’, I can’t.
LeBron James said in a leaked audio
Just a few weeks ago, Stephen A. Smith appeared on ESPN’s First Take and begged with LeBron James as a father to stop Bronny James’s NBA career. Smith felt that Bronny playing significant minutes was a shame to the sport. James, who rarely replies directly to Smith’s criticisms of him as a player, did not take the comments lying down.

Smith addressed the incident the next day on First Take, revealing that James had requested him not to speak badly about Bronny for no apparent reason. While Smith recognized where he was coming from, he declined to retract his remarks and explained that he was criticizing James Sr, not Bronny.
Stephen A. Smith made a bold claim regarding LeBron James’ recent injury
The Los Angeles Lakers have won eight straight games and appear to be hitting their stride. However, their progress was recently derailed when LeBron James suffered a groin injury in a loss to the Celtics. However, not everyone considers this a huge setback. Stephen A. Smith feels James’s absence could really benefit the Lakers.
I think this is gonna end up helping the Los Angeles Lakers come playoff time…He has that kind of impact on players inside that locker room and while he’s sitting on the bench with them.

In addition, SAS feels that this will be the perfect chance for Luka Doncic to put himself in the spotlight. Although he’s played well since arriving in Los Angeles, Doncic hasn’t felt the full strain of donning the Lakers colors because he shares the floor with James. Moreover, with the superstar out for a week or two, the Slovenian will be the center of the team’s offense.
